Hail Mary

Hail, Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners,
now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

The 'Hail Mary' (Ave Maria) is the most well known prayer of the Virgin Mary the first part the angel's hail (Lk 1,28) is linked with that of Elizabeth (Lk 1,42). In the final part we pray for Mary's intercession.
